 vocational education stages to develop and

 mature mentally and socially,and to prepare them

for the absorption and acquisition of the newly

 achieved advanced in the fields of different

 specializations of the Teaching profession;and

 to develop their critical thinki ng abilities ; and

finally to recruit all this for the service of the
