· Explain the scope and modalities of the whole spectrum of instruments to be used in FP7, paying particular attention to the new instruments.

· Circulate general and specification documentation on the research programs.

· Raise awareness of other European programmes in the field of research and innovation.

· Advise on administrative procedures and contractual issues.

· Assist candidate researchers, which so desire,  to increase their participation in FP7.

· Assist in partner search activities by disseminating calls for expressions of interest and calls for proposals.

· Organize training seminars for specific target groups or on specific topics.
