Dissemination
Once we have some courses fixed online, we will want many students to take them. Thus, we need to have a strategy to switch students to online training along with class room. This strategy needs to include a way to force them to try e-learning. Therefore, it must include some personal interaction between professor and his students to encourage them to use online courses. It also needs to include a way for them to see some exams, and quizzes as well as their solutions. The online course has to have a strong recommendation from the professor. Moreover, the course must have a benefit or promotion for their successful completion of a course.
Sustainability
We may develop good e-learning courses; however, their revenues are nothing. This is because no one knows about them. So, we have to put good strategies for getting the word out to students that these courses are available and would be of benefit to them. Other functions within the universities, such as professors, and marketing, must have an active relationship with the e-learning center, as follows:
• A course provider (professor) has to have a part of the revenue annually, even though he does not teach his courses.
• A course teaching has to have a part of the revenue annually, even if he does not write the course.
• The university which presents the course has to have a part of the revenue annually, even though it did not create it.
• The university which provides the course has to have a part of the revenue annually, even though the course does not teach at its campus.
• The researcher at the E-learning center has to have a part of the revenue annually in order to fund their researches.
