"Obligatory Condolences"

With great sadness and sorrow, Mr. Professor Dr. Hassan Mohamed Howail, Dean of the College, offers his sincere condolences and sympathy to Dr. Thabet Hamdi, Lecturer of Comparative Education at the College, on the death of his sister, asking God Almighty to bestow His mercy and forgiveness on the deceased, to grant her a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire her family and relatives with patience and solace.
