Manuscript Preparation Instructions

 1-  The journal accepts original research papers that was not published before in any other scientific journals to be published either in English with an Arabic abstract or in Arabic with English abstracts

2-  The manuscript should be written using MS Word version 6 on A4 sized papers using :

- 1.5 line spacing.

 - font 12 Times new roman for English text

-     for arabic Abst. Font 14 arabic transparent.

-     Margins are set at 2.5 cm.

3-    An original and two copies should be sent or handed to the journal secretary the copies should not have the (authers) names.

4- Tables are typed using TABEL option of Ms word (not Drown).

- For Landscape oriented tables, the number of digits should not exceed 90 digits per row and the numbers of rows should not exceed 32 rows.

- For Portrait oriented tables, the number of digits should not exceed 60 digits per row and the numbers of rows should not exceed 47 rows.

5-      Graphical presentations and curves should be drawn using Harvard Graphics. Please consider the contrast between patterns in the drawing, as they will be printed in black and white format. The file of the drawings must be submitted with the final form of the manuscript.

6-  Sections of the manuscript are: Title, Author (s), Abstract, Key wards, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, References, Arabic summary.

 7-  Authorship . We encourage the full names in bylines (e.g.,Morgan L. Jones ) . The first person listed in the title is, by definition, the senior author , however , it is the corresponding auther who will deal with proofs and, after publication, with reprint requests. An asterisk (*) follows the name of the corresponding auther in the byline, matched to the words “ *Corresponding auther “ at the end of the author – paper documentation paragraph . Following ordinary American rules of punctuation, the asterisk comes after any comma (e.g., Frances L. Dudeck, Sayeed S. El-Marhawi,* M. Agnes Santello, and Vernon S. Foell).

8-  References should be as in the following examples ;

10-              After refereeing the manuscript, the author (s) should perform any needed corrections and return the corrected manuscript to the Editorial Secretary. The referees will review the corrected manuscript again before any letter of acceptance is issued. A copy of the corrected manuscript should be handed on a 3.5 floppy disk. The editors will prepare the manuscript for printing. The corresponding author should revise the final printing form within one week from receiving it before it could be sent to the printer. Failure to comply with the time allowed could lead to losing the order and delay printing of the manuscript to the next issue. 

11-              Color photographs can be printed in the reprints after special arrangements with the Editorial Secretary for an extra fee that depends on the number of reprints. Original or scanned pictures must be submitted with the revised manuscript.
