I am very glad that we are now living an age in which there is nothing called impossible. Thanks to Education in the first place that we have reached this stage. I know now that Alfred the Great was really a precursor when he said “The first thing I need to Build Britain is Men of Learning”. A man of learning is a wish that every society seeks to make true; and the College of Education is trying to make this wish true throughout its programs. Facilitate the continued development of education at all levels, as well as excellence in the areas of teacher preparation and research, community service and development of educational programs and policies through effective partnership and cooperation with the Ministry of Education and education departments and schools affiliated to it and other university faculties.

Try to take the lead in the promotion of educational knowledge and its applications for community service and education systems and they work on the development of education at all levels in order to achieve comprehensive human development and sustainable community of the Egyptian society and make it in contact with the Arab world and foreign investment.

1- Pre-service teacher preparation through high quality programs in all disciplines of public education from kindergarten to the end of secondary education in accordance with the rules of the complementary and sequential.
2- Training the teacher in-service and dissemination of professional self-development trends in graduates, and support the values of lifelong learning.
3- Contribute effectively in the policy-making of education in Egypt and implementing them through membership of committees at the national level and local levels, and units of a special nature, and the preparation of educational leaders and rehabilitation and training.
4- Doing educational research that produces knowledge of educational and address the educational issues and real problems facing education, and provide solutions to serve education and development.
5- Offering advice and studies that contribute to the development and modernization of education, through an effective partnership with the Ministry of Education and schools, and where the all components of the educational system, to manage and curricula and methods of teaching and learning, and assessment and others.
6- Modernization of the study and college programs in the light of trends, local needs, including enabling them to improve management of the college, and provide a model for other educational institutions and high pre-university.
7- Spread the idea of advanced education and teaching practices in accordance with modern sophisticated mechanisms within the environment and the educational community as a whole.
8- Integrate of technology in the composition of the teacher and educational research, and promote of their use in the areas of higher education and pre-university education.
9- Participate in the preparation of faculty members in all disciplines the university and higher education institutions and their composition, configuration ongoing educational enable them to perform their role effectively and efficiently.
