-Take the transference procedures -Extraction of payment vouchers .

-Extraction of enrolment certificates -Extraction of Academic cards.

-Issuing university hostels application -Issuing railway subscription application.

-Review of course scoring application.

-Preparation of distinction award.

-Preparation of students' lists for each course.

-Participation in exam works.

-Edition of delegation letters.

-Edition of field training letters.

-Edition of exam committees letters.
