The five partners will establish a steering comitee, with one member of each group. The realization of the project will be controlled with respect to the timetable by this steering comitee.

The project-meetings, which will be regularly (two times a year) organized by the project management, will give further opportunities, to reflect the work and the actual project status and modify or optimize activities as required.

Furthermore each member, responsible for an activity, will inform the others regularly about the progress of the activities and send reports after finishing an activity. Staff members from the training programs and and students who take part in the exchange program have to write an extensive report concerning the results of their visits.

For getting also an external feed-back and promotion of the project, an inter-project coaching will be organized. For this purpose, the coach will get all relevant information about the project (proposal, reports, publications).

Furthermore the coach will be invited to two project meetings, once at the end of the first project year and a second time at the end of the second project year. He will have to give a report with assumptions, critics and advices. Prospectively the Dean of the civil engineering of the University of Applied Sciences of Lippe und Höxter (working in the field of wastewater and waste treatment) and familiar with the Arabic region will do this work.
