About the Workshop

The "International Workshop on Mechatronics Education" will be held on Febraury 13th -14th, 2006 in Luxor, Egypt. This workshop is the second in a sequel of workshops on Mechatronics education funded by Higher Education Enhancement Project Fund (HEEPF) and Assiut University, Egypt. This two-day event is aimed to cover new trends in the area of education in Mechatronics. It provides the opportunity to exchange experiences with emerging methods in developing undergraduate Mechatronics courses.

 The workshop will be held at Isis Hotel, Luxor, Egypt. The Isis Hotel Luxor is a five stars hotel superbly located on eight acres of beautiful landscaped gardens on the bank of the Nile within a walking distance from Luxor temple and the city center

Registration Fees

     Foreign participants: $300

Egyptian participants: L.E. 1000 

The fees include two nights’ accommodation (full board) at Isis Hotel, a 5-star hotel, and a rich social program including visits to Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum, Temple of Karnak, Mummification Museum, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens.
