          Research Abstract	
              CONCLUSIONS: Egyptian Nurses in ICUs showed high internal work motivation, quality of work performance, job satisfaction, and high absenteeism rate. To motivate nurses and reduce the absenteeism rate, nurses should receive from their workplaces the opportunities to develop themselves in the career.
