The
Open Education system makes the science accessible to students everywhere,
it also gives the opportunity for those who missed the opportunity of
university education for reasons beyond the scope, both in terms of their
lack of access to all grades, which qualifies them for admission to college
or the lack of material resources or having to work to improve their
conditions and the physical conditions of their families
