Future Expansion and Developmental Planning

The Sugar Technology Research Institute (STRI) takes the privilege to offer  the developed prospectus and bylaws taking in consideration with all considerable care all the elements needed to make the institute a unique model as a graduate/undergraduate school where different subjects merge together in an integrated manner in its education, continuous training and life learning programs to serve the technology, the application and backbones of different industries as well as different products.

Our future plans are establishing some specific B.Sc. degrees with multidisciplinary features for the main Institute departments. Therefore our future activities will going to be totally devoted to create, establish and carry out the detailed undergraduate study programs for the six departments of the institute. 

The developed prospectus and bylaws will introduce B.Sc. degrees for the following six departments

  •  The department of Science and Technology of Sugar Industry.
  • The department of Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • The department of Science and Technology of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries.
  • The department of Science and Technology of Materials and their Applications.
  • The department of the Advanced Agricultural Technology.
  • The department of Environmental Sciences and Pollution Treatment
