The Sugar Technology Research Institute (STRI) has a very good printing and binding facilities that enables the institute to produce its puplications namley ; 

• The Egyptian Sugar Jornal(ESJ) which has two issues per year.
• The institute leaflets in english and arabic. 
• Specific research projects reports.
• The conferences proceedings that are organized through the institute.
