Conferences Activities:

• The Sugar Technology Research Institute together with the sugar industries companies as well as sugar crops council and other affiliations take the pleasure in organization the first international conference on: " Sugar and Integrated Industries "Present and Future"(SIIPF1) "as one in a series that is planned to come every two years, This conference was preceded by a symposium in 1996 on Sugar and Integrated Industries which was held in Luxor as well .

• The STRI collectively with the International Sugar Organization (ISO) and the Egyptian Sugar Industry were organizing the international conference on:" The Role of The Arab Region In The World Sugar Economy" which was held in Luxor city during the period from 18th to 21st of February 2001 .

• The STRI collectively with the International Sugar Organization (ISO) and the Egyptian Sugar Industry were organizing the international conference on:" The Arab Region and Africa in the World Sugar Context" which is was held in Aswan city during the period from 9th to 12th of march 2003.

• The STRI collectively with the International Sugar Organization (ISO) and the Egyptian Sugar Industry were organizing the international conference on:" Political, Economic and Technological Challenges for Sugar and its Integrated Industries in the Arab Region, the Middle East, Africa and the European Union " which was held in Alexandria city during the period from 3rd to 6th of April 2005.

• Currently the STRI collectively with the International Sugar Organization (ISO) and the Egyptian Sugar Industry are organizing the international conference on :" World Perspectives for Sugar Beet and Cane as a Food and Energy Crop" which is going to take place in Sharm El-Sheikh city during the period from 4th to 7th of March 2007  "See More......".
