The existence of food outlets for students and employees:
The university has many outlets that sell food products for students and employees, the most important of which are;
1- Outlets selling products of the College of Agriculture (vegetables - fruits- meat - poultry - fish )
2- Food Products Laboratory and Bakery, Department of Food Science and Technology, College of Agriculture
3- Dairy and cheese outlet at the College of Agriculture
4- Assiut University bakery for gluten free products for feeding patients (wheat allergy disease) and located in the College of Agriculture
5- The Consumer Cooperative Association that provides the university community with food products at reduced prices
6- Outlet selling products of the National Service Projects Organization of the Ministry of Defense at reduced prices.
Sales outlets are located in more than one location in the university, as well as at the university gate entrance (University Central Restaurant).

The services provided by the central restaurant to university employees and students for the year 2024 ;
Firstly :-
1- Providing meals to teaching assistants throughout the study period and summer vacation,approximately 1,200 meals, from 1/1/2024 to 31/12/2024 AD
2- Providing meals to faculty members, throughout the study period and summer vacation,approximately 150,000 meals, from 1/1/2024 to 31/12/2024AD
Secondly :-
However: - Sources of food resources by means of the General Fast Food Administration annually to supply (micro)food meals to the General Administration to prepare nutrition for various presentations at the university or outside .
