Vision:


To establish and implement the first reference THROMBOSIS AND HAEMOSTASIS diagnostic laboratory in Upper Egypt. It will provide the most modern, accurate and fair priced test to both inpatients and out patients, as well as the contracting organization with Assiut University. To encourage research work protocols for screening of the disease and prevention of its complications.

 

Mission :


1. To diagnose patients with bleeding and thrombosis disorders.
2. To participate in planning and management to assure quality of test results.
3. To improve productivity and decrease waste by optimal utilization of technology and manpower.
4. To guarantee communication within and outside of the organization.
5. To sustain competence and professional development.
