The Vice President of Assiut University meets Professor Somijawa at the University of Kyoto to discuss Ways of Cooperation between the two sides

Under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed Al -Minshawi, Acting of the President of the University of Assiut, Prof. Maha Ghanem, Vice President of Assiut University for Community Service and Environmental Development, meets the university guest, Professor Somijawa, Professor at the Department of Archeology at the Japanese University to discuss the ways of cooperation between the two sides, this came in the presence of Prof. Magdy Alwan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Mona Hassan, Department of Archeology, Faculty of Arts, and Dr. Hind Hassanein, lecturer in the Media Department , Faculty of Arts.
Prof. Maha Ghanem revealed that the meeting included discussing ways of joint cooperation between the two sides in the field of archaeological studies, as well as discussing the expansion of cooperation to include various fields and specializations in general, stressing the continuation of the university's strategy which aimed at expanding the frameworks of joint scientific cooperation with major universities and scientific institutions International and strengthen these partnerships by concluding a number of agreements and protocols of joint cooperation.
Prof. Magdy Alwan explained that the meeting comes on the sidelines of the scientific visit of the university guest, Professor Somijawa, to the Department of Archeology, Faculty of Arts, to make joint cooperation protocols in the field of archaeological studies between the two sides, in a way that contributes to the development of educational services and the process provided by the department to its students and researchers.
