Prof. El-Minshawy: the meeting witnessed the participation of (800) male and female students to spread the culture of physical fitness 

   Assiut University witnessed, today, Monday, this November, the launch of the Sports Meet (be-fit) for the second year in a row, male and female students, at the Tartan open playgrounds and the main stadium at the Olympic Village, Assiut University, which is organized by the Department of physical fitness, the General Administration of Youth Welfare, in cooperation with the Ministry of youth and sports, represented by the Central Department of sports development, under the supervision of prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of the University, and prof. Ahmed abdel Mawla, vice president of the University for education and student affairs.

 The sports meeting was attended by: Dr. Madiha Darwish, general supervisor of student activities at the University, Dr. Haitham Ibrahim, Director General of the General Administration of student welfare, under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Rajab, director of the fitness department, Mr. Ahmed Hassan Ahmed, Ms. Heba Abdul Hafez, and with the participation of several youth welfare officials, and participating students from various faculties at the University.
