Health and Safety Policy

Our Hormone Laboratory is a pioneer in hormones analysis such as HCG ,FSH, LH, prolactin, Estradiol, Progesterone, testosteron,FT3,FT4,TSH

Hormone Laboratory searching for continuity compliance with regulatory requirements and magnifying customer satisfaction, So Hormone Laboratory is committed to:

·         Implement a management system in compliance with OH&S 18001 , ISO 15190:2003 and national and international requirements

·         Integrated occupational health and safety in all aspects of our   business activities and ;

·          Achieve an accident-free operation

To accomplish this, we will:

Sustain a high level of occupational health and safety performance in addition to complying with all relevant legislation

Attain continual improvement thought the implementation of effective health and safety management system

Furnish our employees with adequate and timely information, training and support, and a safe working environment; and

Ensure commitments in pursuing an excellent occupational health and safety performance from employees, contractors and supplier.
