The council approved the following :

- The Committee for Education and Student Affairs, in its session No. (242) held on 16-8-2026, approved the summer semester exam schedules for the four groups (credit hour regulations / specialization regulations / clearing students) for the academic year 2025-2026 .

- The approval of the Professors Committee of the Community Health Nursing Department to appoint Dr. Safaa Rabie Othman Abdel Hakim, Assistant Professor in the Department, to the rank of Professor, based on the decision of the Scientific Committee for Promotions to the Rank of Professors and Assistant Professors in Nursing dated 28-07-2026 AD, which states that the scientific output submitted by Her Excellency qualifies her to obtain the rank of Professor in Community Health Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University .

- The approval of the professors' committee in the Department of Nursing Management to appoint Dr. Iman Kamel Hosni, Assistant Professor in the department, to the rank of Professor, based on the decision of the Scientific Committee for Promotions to the rank of Professors and Assistant Professors in Nursing dated 14-07-2026 AD, which states that the scientific output submitted by Her Excellency qualifies her to obtain the rank of Professor in Nursing Management at the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University .

The council also discussed various topics related to departmental councils as well as different sectors within the college .
