**The following is an explanatory notice concerning the aptitude tests required for admission to Faculties of Sports Sciences. Passing these tests is a mandatory admission requirement for students holding the Egyptian General Secondary Education Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) for the year 2026.**
*** As part of the 2026 schedule for the University and Institute Admission Coordination Office, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Office will commence operations immediately following the conclusion of the Egyptian General Secondary Education exams. This involves organizing aptitude tests for students wishing to enroll in faculties that require such tests for admission, in accordance with the admission criteria and regulations issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.
👈 #To facilitate the process for our students—and within the framework of the e-government system and the digital transformation witnessed across all sectors and state-provided services—the Ministry of Higher Education has enabled students to register online for these aptitude tests. Registration is available via the electronic coordination website on the Internet from Friday, July 17, 2026, through Thursday, August 6, 2026. #Regarding_the_Faculty_of_Sports_Science
Scheduling appointments, selecting faculties, and choosing locations for the qualifying aptitude tests will be handled via the online electronic coordination service at the following website:

✍️
#Registration_Steps for aptitude tests via the online electronic coordination website:
👈- The student accesses the electronic coordination website mentioned above and navigates to the aptitude test registration page.
👈- The student begins the registration process for the aptitude tests using their National ID number and examination seat number.
👈- The student's personal data appears on the screen (including seat number, student name, National ID, governorate, affiliated educational administration, school, and academic track—i.e., Science, Engineering, or Arts/Humanities). The student must verify the accuracy of this data displayed on the website.
👈- A list appears showing the available aptitude test types, the relevant faculties, the designated test locations, and the specific appointment times assigned to the student.
👈- Upon completing the registration process, the student prints a receipt detailing the selected aptitude tests, appointment times, and locations at the faculties registered on the website.
👈- Test fees must be paid exclusively through electronic payment channels, such as prepaid cards, credit cards, or electronic payment service provider outlets. ✋ No other payment method is accepted; an exam appointment can only be obtained from the website after completing the payment process using the methods specified on the Electronic Coordination (Admissions) Aptitude Tests website.
👈- The student selects the type of aptitude test and the preferred date. A specific appointment for visiting the college will then be assigned, noting that the testing process spans the following three days.
👈- The college is committed to conducting the aptitude tests on the scheduled dates.
👈- The college is also committed to directly submitting and entering the exam results for all successful candidates via the college’s dedicated page on the Electronic Coordination website. This must be done after verifying the accuracy of the student's exam seat number and name to prevent errors in the results.
👈- The names and data of students who pass these tests are provided to the Electronic Coordination system to facilitate the nomination process. Colleges bear full responsibility for these results within the designated timeframe; no results submitted after the Electronic Coordination website closes for registering successful candidates will be recognized.
👈- Exams are held on scheduled dates, with only one attempt allowed for each type of aptitude test. Students who fail are not permitted to retake the test, whether at the same college or a different one. To ensure transparency with students, no paper certificates regarding aptitude test results issued by colleges will be recognized.
