Staff card/ Identity card Guide and information
The University Council stipulates that every permanent member of staff, whether fixed term or contract, should be issued with a valid identity card bearing his/her picture, surname, first names and department. Staff are required to carry the identity card with them at all times while on university's property and to show it when asked to do so by an officer of Campus Protection Services or any other authorized member of the University community. Newly hired staff are obligated to collect their identity card from the Office located in the Services Building. In case a staff member lost his/ her identity card, a replacement card may be requested at a cost. Payment must be made by cash to the cashier in the Main Building. Staff leaving the employ of the University must return their staff card to the administration.
