هـذا البحـث " التشـریعات المعماریـة فـي العمـارة المصـریة المعاصـرة " يمكن أن يكون إسـهاماً مـع بحـوث ودراسـات أخـرى تتكامـل لمعالجـة شـاملة وتتفاعل مع المجتمع فى حل مشكلاته، وإزالة ما قد یعترضه من صعاب لیتبوأ مكانته ومكانه المتمیـز تاریخـاً وحضـارة بـین شـعوب العـالم المتقـدم. ولاشـك فـى أن تشـریعات البنـاء والتشـیید هـى فـى الواقـع مضـموناً هندسـیا فى إطار قانونى ملزم، وأى خلل فى إحداها لابد أن یصیب الآخر، وهـو مـا یــنعكس ســلباً علـى الإعمــار والعمــران بصـفة عامــة، وصــناعة البنــاء والتشیید بصفة خاصة.

This research, 'Architectural Legislation in Contemporary Egyptian Architecture', could be a contribution with other research and studies that are integrated to comprehensively address and interact with society in solving its problems, and remove whatever difficulties may be encountered to assume its distinguished position and place in history and civilization among the ancient peoples. There is no doubt that the building and construction legislation is in fact an engineering guarantee within a binding legal framework, and any defect in one of them must afflict the other, which is reflected negatively on the reconstruction and urbanization in general, and the building industry.
