افتتح الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس جامعة أسيوط، اليوم الأحد الموافق 22 من ديسمبر، ملتقى "بداية" ؛ لإستعراض الأنشطة، والفعّاليات المتنوعة التى نفذتها الجامعة على مدار (100) يوم خلال مشاركتها فى المبادرة الرئاسية "بداية"، تحت إشراف الدكتور محمود عبد العليم نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، والدكتورة أمانى شريف مستشار رئيس جامعة أسيوط لشئون الخطط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الأزمات ومنسق الملتقى، والدكتورة رحاب الداخلي المستشار الإعلامي لرئيس الجامعة والمنسق الإعلامي للملتقى، والأستاذة ريهام الحفناوي المنسق الإداري للملتقى.
شهدت فعاليات الملتقى حضور؛ الدكتور منصور الكباش رئيس جامعة سفنكس، والدكتور جمال تاج رئيس جامعة أسيوط الجديدة التكنولوجية، والدكتور محمد عبدالمالك نائب رئيس جامعة الأزهر للوجه القبلي، والدكتور جمال بدر نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا و البحوث، والدكتور عصام زناتي نائب رئيس جامعة بدر لشئون التعليم، و الطلاب، والدكتورة مروة كدواني مقرر المجلس القومي للمرأة بأسيوط، والأستاذ إيهاب عبدالحميد مدير جهاز تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة بأسيوط، إلى جانب لفيف من عمداء، ووكلاء الكليات، ومستشاري رئيس الجامعة، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقيادات العمل الإداري بالجامعة، ووكلاء الوزارات بأسيوط، وممثلي مؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
وفي مستهل كلمته؛ أعرب الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، عن سعادته، وفخره؛ بما حققته جامعة أسيوط من أنشطة، وفاعليات متتالية، ومتميزة، تحققت بسواعد أسرة، وأبناء الجامعة؛ لتنفيذ أهداف المبادرة الرئاسية (بداية)، وتقديم خدمات متنوعة للمواطنين، موجهًا خالص الشكر ، والتقدير؛ لفخامة الرئيس، عبدالفتاح السيسي، رئيس الجمهورية؛ على الدعم، والرعاية، والاهتمام اللامحدود المُقدم من سيادته للمشروع القومي للتنمية البشرية، والذي يجسد إستراتيجية متكاملة؛ لتنمية الإنسان.
وأكد رئيس جامعة أسيوط؛ إن الجامعة قد أعلنت عن برنامجها التنموي الشامل الذي تشارك به في مبادرة "بداية جديدة؛ لبناء الإنسان"؛ وذلك لتحقيق أهداف المبادرة؛ في تعزيز التنمية البشرية، وتقديم الدعم الصحي، والتنموي للمجتمع المحلي المحيط مضيفًا أن: الجامعة تحرص - أيضًا- على المشاركة الفعّالة في دعم المبادرات الرئاسية الأخرى، والإسهام في دعم القرى، والمناطق الأكثر احتياجًا؛ لتقديم خدمات صحية، ومجتمعية؛ لتخفيف العبء عن المواطنين، انطلاقًا من المسئولية المجتمعية لجامعة أسيوط، وإمكانياتها التي تمتلكها من قدرات بشرية، ومادية؛ لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
وقال الدكتور المنشاوى؛ إننا في سباقٍ مع الزمن ؛ لبناء مصر المستقبل، يتجسد في المشروعات القومية الكبرى، ما بين مدن جديدة، تتسع للمصريين كافة في كل ربوع الوطن، وإسكان اجتماعي؛ يوفر المسكن الملائم لشبابنا، والقضاء على العشوائيات، وتحديث شامل لشبكة الطرق القومية، وزيادة للرقعة الزراعية، وصولًا إلى فاعليات، وأنشطة متنوعة ضمن المشروع القومي الأعظم للتنمية البشرية " بداية جديدة؛ لبناء الإنسان".
ولَفت الدكتور المنشاوي؛ إلى نجاح جامعة أسيوط في تنفيذ قوافل تنموية شاملة، وذلك بالتنسيق مع محافظة أسيوط، وبالتعاون مع المؤسسات، والمنظمات التنموية، وجميع الجهات المعنية؛ لتقديم الخدمات الصحية، والمجتمعية؛ لآلاف من الأهالي، والاهتمام بهم على الوجه الأكمل، وتوافد عليها المواطنون؛ للإفادة من الخدمات المتنوعة التي قدمتها في مختلف التخصصات، والتي تشمل: تخصصات طبية متنوعة، وتمريضاً، وطب أسنان، وبيطرية، وإرشاداً زراعياً، وإرشاداً نفسياً، وتم العلاج، وصرف الأدوية لهم بالمجان، إلى جانب تحويل بعض الحالات لمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، والمستشفى البيطري؛ لاستكمال العلاج، وتعليم مهارات، وحرف يدوية، ورفع الوعي البيئي، إلى جانب تقديم خدمات لذوي الإعاقة، مثل: مهارات يدوية، وفنية، ومهارات تكنولوجية، وندوات تثقيفية لذوي الإعاقة، فضلًا عن تنمية مهارات الأطفال، وتقديم ندوات توعوية؛ تستهدف ظواهر اجتماعية سلبية، مثل: الهجرة غير الشرعية، والاتجار بالبشر، والإدمان، والتعاطي، وتأثيره على الفرد، والمجتمع، وسلبيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
كما وجّه رئيس الجامعة؛ تحية خاصة للمرأة لدورها العظيم والتي كانت، ومازالت، دومًا في طليعة الأنشطة، والفاعليات، وكذلك فى صدارة البناء، والتنمية؛ داخل الجامعة، وخارجها، مؤكدًا على المُضي قدمًا نحو المزيد من العمل، والبناء، ممتلكين القدرة الشاملة، ومستمرين في تحقيق التنمية، داعمين المزيد من الأنشطة التنموية في المجتمع، وموفرين السُّبل كافةً لشبابنا؛ لتحقيق مستقبل يليق بهم، في وطنهم العظيم.
ونوَّه الدكتور المنشاوي؛ إلى أن جامعة أسيوط، بصدد تفعيل مبادرة " تحالف، وتنمية" ؛ من خلال التعاون، والتحالف بين جامعات إقليم وسط الصعيد تحت مظلة "جامعة أسيوط" ؛ اتساقاً مع الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم العالي، والبحث العلمي، وجامعات الجيل الرابع؛ وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى جامعات بحثية رقمية، ومترابطة،ومتميزة؛ تُسهم في تحسين المنظومة التعليمية، والصحية لجميع الطلاب.
ومن جانبه، استعرض الدكتور محمود عبدالعليم؛ الإنجازات التي حققتها الجامعة؛بالتعاون مع المؤسسات، والمنظمات التنموية، وجميع الجهات المعنية؛ لتنفيذ أهداف المبادرة الرئاسية"بداية"؛ حيث نجحت في تقديم عدد (62) فاعلية داخل الجامعة، وعدد(21) فاعلية خارج الجامعة، وعدد(15) من الورش، والمعارض التنموية، مضيفًا أن عدد المستفيدين المباشرين من هذه الفعاليات (11563)، لافتاً: أن هذه النتائج الإيجابية تُعد دليلاً واضحاً على نجاح النهج الذى تتبعه الجامعة برؤي إستراتيجية واضحة؛ لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ورؤية الدولة المصرية 2030.
وفى سياقٍ متصل، أضافت الدكتورة أماني شريف: أن الملتقى يُعد حصاداً لثمار كل المبادرات، والفاعليات التي دعّمت، وساندت المجتمع المحلي؛ في ظل المبادرة الرئاسية " بداية" مؤكدةً: أن جامعة أسيوط، والجامعات الشريكة تحرص على التعاون الكامل بين مؤسسات الدولة، والمجتمع المدني؛ لتحقيق الأهداف الوطنية، وتعزيز الاستقرار، والتنمية؛ من أجل رفعة، وتقدم مصرنا الحبيبة.
شهد الملتقى؛ تسليم نسخة من كتاب مبادرة" بداية" للدكتور أحمد المنشاوي ، والذي يوثق كل ما تم من أنشطة، وفعاليات من قبل الجامعة، والمؤسسات التنموية.
جدير بالذكر؛ أن الملتقى تضمن جلسة حوارية، والتي أدارتها الدكتورة أماني شريف؛ لمناقشة عددٍ من المحاور بمشاركة؛ شركاء التعاون من الجامعات، ومؤسسات المجتمع الخارجي، وتسليط الضوء على المبادرات، و الفعاليات المتنوعة التي تم تنفيذها؛ ضمن مبادرة "بداية" من حيث: تطوير المهارات المطلوبة لسوق العمل، وريادة الأعمال، وتعزيز، وتشجيع البحث، والابتكار، وتحسين البنية التحتية من خلال المشاريع البحثية؛ لتعزيز كفاءة الخدمات الأساسية كالمياه، والكهرباء، والنقل، إلى جانب دور الجامعات التكنولوجية؛ في فتح آفاق للتعاون الدولي مع مؤسسات تعليمية، وتقنية عالمية؛ مما يُتيح الفرص للطلاب ؛ للتبادل العلمي، والخبرات.

Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, opened the "Beginning " forum on Sunday, December 22, to review the activities and various events carried out by the university over the course of (100) days during its participation in the Presidential Initiative "the Beginning ", under the supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Alim, vice president of the University for community service and Environmental Development, Dr. Amani Sharif, advisor to the president of Assiut University for Strategic Plans and crisis management and coordinator of the forum, and Dr. Rehab Al-Dakhly, mass communication coordinator of the forum.
The forum was attended by Dr. Mansour al-Kabash, president of Sphinx University, Dr. Jamal Taj, President of the New Assiut Technological University, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Malik, Vice President of Al-Azhar University for the tribal face, Dr. Jamal Badr, vice president of the University for graduate studies and research, Dr. Essam Zanati, vice president of Badr University for Education Affairs, students, Dr. Marwa Kadwani, rapporteur of the National Council for women in Assiut, Mr. Ihab Abdul Hamid, director of the Small Enterprise Development Authority in Assiut, as well as Lviv deans, vice-deans of colleges, advisers to the president of the university, faculty members, leaders of administrative work at the University, undersecretaries of ministries in Assiut, and representatives of civil society institutions.
At the beginning of his speech, Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy expressed his happiness and pride at the successive and distinguished activities and events achieved by Assiut University with the help of a family and the University's children to implement the goals of the Presidential Initiative and provide various services to citizens, sincerely thanking and appreciating his Excellency President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, president of the Republic, for the support, care and unlimited attention provided by His Excellency to the National Human Development Project, which embodies an integrated strategy for Human Development.
The president of Assiut University stressed that the university has announced its comprehensive development program, in which it participates in the initiative "a new beginning; to build a human being", in order to achieve the goals of the initiative; in promoting human development, providing health and development support to the surrounding local community, adding that: the university is also keen to actively participate in supporting other presidential initiatives, and contribute to supporting villages and the most needy areas; to provide health and community services to ease the burden on citizens, based on the social responsibility of Assiut University, and its capabilities of human and material capabilities; to achieve comprehensive development.
Prof . El-Minshawy said that we are in a race against time to build the Egypt of the future, embodied in major national projects, including new cities that accommodate all Egyptians in every quarter of the country, social housing that provides adequate housing for our youth, the elimination of slums, a comprehensive modernization of the national road network, an increase in the agricultural area, up to events and various activities within the great national project for Human Development "a new beginning; to build a human".
Prof. El-Minshawy pointed to the success of Assiut University in implementing comprehensive development convoys, in coordination with Assiut Governorate, and in cooperation with institutions, development organizations, and all concerned parties, to provide health and community services to thousands of people, and to take full care of them, and citizens flocked to them to benefit from the various services provided in various specialties, which include various medical specialties, nursing, dentistry, veterinary, agricultural guidance, psychological guidance, treatment and in addition to providing services for people with disabilities, such as: manual and technical skills, technological skills, educational seminars for people with disabilities, as well as developing children's skills, and providing awareness seminars targeting negative social phenomena, such as illegal immigration, human trafficking, addiction, abuse, its impact on the individual and society, and the disadvantages of social media.
The president of the university also paid a special tribute to women for their great role, who have always been at the forefront of activities and events, as well as in the forefront of construction and development inside and outside the University, stressing on moving forward towards more work and construction, possessing comprehensive capacity, continuing to achieve development, supporting more developmental activities in society, and providing all ways for our youth to achieve a future befitting them in their great homeland.
Prof . El-Minshawy noted that Assiut University is in the process of activating the "alliance and development" initiative through cooperation and alliance between the Universities of the central upper region under the umbrella of "Assiut University"; in line with the national strategy for higher education, scientific research, and fourth-generation universities; in order to reach digital, interconnected, and distinguished research universities; contribute to improving the educational system and health for all students.
For his side, Dr. Mahmoud Abdulalim reviewed the achievements achieved by the University in cooperation with institutions, development organizations, and all concerned parties to implement the goals of the Presidential Initiative"the Beginning", where it succeeded in presenting a number of (62) events inside the University, a number of(21) events outside the University, and a number of(15) workshops and development exhibitions, adding that the number of direct beneficiaries of these events (11563), pointing out: these positive results are clear evidence of the success of the approach followed by the University with clear strategic visions; to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and the vision of the Egyptian state 2030.
In a related context, Dr. Amani Sherif added: The Forum is a harvest of the fruits of all the initiatives and activities that supported the local community under the Presidential Initiative "the beginning ", stressing that Assiut University and partner universities are keen on full cooperation between state institutions and civil society to achieve national goals, promote stability and development for the advancement and progress of our beloved Egypt.
The forum witnessed the handing over of a copy of the book of the" Beginning " initiative to prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, which documents all the activities and events carried out by the University and development institutions.
It is worth mentioning that the forum included a dialogue session, which was moderated by Dr. Amani Sharif; to discuss a number of axes with the participation of cooperation partners from universities and institutions of the external community, highlighting the various initiatives and events that were implemented within the "Bedaya" initiative in terms of: developing the skills required for the labor market, entrepreneurship, promoting and encouraging research and innovation, improving infrastructure through research projects; to enhance the efficiency of basic services such as water, electricity, transport, besides the role of technological universities in opening prospects for international cooperation with international educational and technical institutions; providing opportunities for students; for scientific exchange, and experiences.
