في ضوء حرص مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط على تطوير منظومتها الصحية والإدارية، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس جامعة أسيوط، والدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور إيهاب فوزي المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور أحمد نصر مدير مستشفى صحة المرأة الجامعي.
قام الدكتور مصطفى نصر الدين نائب مدير مستشفى صحة المرأة بعرض خطة مشروع حول الحد من ارتفاع معدلات الولادة القيصرية ورفع الوعي لدى السيدات الحوامل بمخاطرها، وذلك في ختام البرنامج التدريبي لإدارة المستشفيات وتأهيل الكوادر الطبية المصرية بالعاصمة اليابانية طوكيو، الذي عقد ضمن بروتوكول التعاون مع الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي "JICA"، في إطار المبادرة المصرية اليابانية للتعليم والصحة.
شهد ختام البرنامج التدريبي حضور كل من السفير محمد أبو بكر سفير مصر لدى اليابان، والدكتور محمود صقر المشرف على المكتب الثقافي والعلمي والملحق بالسفارة المصرية في طوكيو والمشرف على التدريب، وممثلين عن جامعة طوكيو ومؤسسة JICA.
كان الدكتور إيهاب فوزي قد قام بترشيح الدكتور مصطفى نصر لحضور البرنامج التدريبي، والذي استمر لمده ٧ أسابيع، وتضمن عده محاضرات حول إدارة المستشفيات وجودة الرعاية الصحية والنظام الصحي، وكيفية إعداد الخطط لتحسين الأداء الإداري بالمستشفيات، كما شهد زيارات ميدانية للمستشفيات في طوكيو، ومصانع الأجهزة الطبية، والمركز الياباني للأورام.
جدير بالذكر، أن هذا التدريب أحد ثمرات التعاون الدولى بين جمهورية مصر العربية واليابان، والذي يستهدف توطين أحدث الخبرات الدولية في مجال الرعاية الصحية، والاستفادة من الخبرات اليابانية في تعزيز قدرات الكادر الطبي.
Assiut University Hospitals Present Their Vision on Reducing Cesarean Section Rates at the Conclusion of the Hospital Management Training Program in Japan

In light of Assiut University Hospitals’ keenness to develop its health and administrative system, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Dr. Ihab Fawzi, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Dr. Ahmed Nasr, Director of Women’s Health University Hospital.
Assiut University Hospitals presented their vision on reducing the increasing rates of cesarean section births at the conclusion of the hospital management and rehabilitation of Egyptian medical staff training program in the Japanese capital, Tokyo. The program was held under a cooperation protocol with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as part of the Egyptian-Japanese Initiative for Education and Health.
Dr. Mustafa Nasr El-Din, Deputy Director of the Women's Health University Hospital, presented a project plan to reduce the high rates of cesarean section births and raise awareness among pregnant women about their risks. This took place at the conclusion of the 7-week training program, which included several lectures on hospital management, healthcare quality, and the healthcare system. It also included field visits to hospitals in Tokyo, medical device factories, and the Japanese Cancer Center.
The program was attended by Ambassador Mohamed Abu Bakr, Egyptian Ambassador to Japan, Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, Supervisor of the Cultural and Scientific Office and Attaché at the Egyptian Embassy in Tokyo and Supervisor of the Training, and representatives from the University of Tokyo and JICA.
Dr. Ehab Fawzy, Executive Director of the University Hospitals, had nominated Dr. Mustafa Nasr to attend the training program.
This training is one of the fruits of international cooperation between the Arab Republic of Egypt and Japan, which aims to localize the latest international experiences in the field of healthcare and to benefit from Japanese expertise in strengthening the capabilities of the medical staff.
