Regulatory map for patient assessment and admission

  1. After arriving at the reception unit or the outpatient clinics, the patient should buy a ticket from the tickets office.
  2. The patient’s national ID should be brought. In case of minors, a birth certificate should be present.
  3. The patient should go to the examination room in the reception unit or the outpatient clinic.
  4. In case of requesting a paid service, the patient goes to the cashier to pay the expenses and take a receipt, then goes to the location where the service is provided.
  5. In case of hospital admission, the patient or the accompanying person goes to the corresponding Admissions Office in the reception unit or the outpatient clinics.
  6. One of the accompanying persons should go to the blood bank for donation.
  7. After finishing all the above steps, the patient is transferred to the specified area according to her condition.
