Cooperation Agreements
1-Cooperation agreement with the Sudanese Al-Zaeem Al-Azhari University:
Prof. Tarek Al-gammal (president of Assiut University) signed a memorandum Understanding with the Sudanese Al-Zaeem Al-Azhari University represented by Prof. Nasser Al-Azahari (Director of Foreign Relations Office, Al-Zaeem Al-Azahari University) Deputy The professor, Prof. Suham Bakhit(President of Sudanese University) This came in the presence of Prof. Mohamed Al-Shanawi(Advisor to the Minister of higher Education), Prof. Ahmed Al-Manshawi (Vice President of Assiut University For the affairs of postgraduate studies and research) and Prof. Magda Mahmoud (responsible for International Relations office).
2- Agreement on cooperation with the British Council:
The President of Assiut University received a delegation representing the British Council, including Mr. Mick Billy(Regional Director for International examinations), Amer Ismail( Deputy Director of International examinations), and Khaled Al-Zoghbi, Director of Business Development in the Council, in the presence of Dr. Ahmad Al-Manshawi(Vice President of Assiut University) within the activities of the first International Cooperation Forum in Assiut University, which is organized by an office International relations at the University, noting that the cooperation agreement aims at closer joint cooperation between the University and the British Council.
On the details of the cooperation agreement, Dr. Ahmad Al-Manshawi pointed out that the agreement organizes an international examination for the English language IELTS to facilitate the access of scholarships offered by the United Kingdom and other countries.
