Mr. Dean of the College, its deputies, faculty members, all its employees, and students of 
the College; They realize this decisive moment in the history of our beloved Egypt;
As a result of regional instability in neighboring countries.

In order to preserve the gains of the great October 1973 victory, the souls of our 
martyrs, and the loyal sons of the country; In preserving Egypt’s lands and protecting 
them from any threat; We - all of us - support your decisions. 
Regarding protecting Egyptian national security and preserving Egypt’s regional 
sovereignty.

We also - all of us - support your statements and the directions of Egyptian foreign 
policy. Regarding the necessity of a comprehensive and just solution to the Palestinian issue;

Based on the decisions of international organizations and the Arab initiative; 
To resolve that issue, therefore, as much as we condemn Israeli attacks on Palestinian 
civilians, We reject the liquidation of the Palestinian cause by deporting 
the Palestinians from their lands and giving up their legitimate rights.

May God protect Egypt and our Arab nation
