The thesis discussion and evaluation committee consisted of:

• Professor Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Taha

Professor of Criminal Law at Tanta University

Chairman of the Standing Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors.

• Professor Dr. Hossam Mohamed El-Sayed Effendi

Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Assiut University.

And Head of the Criminal Law Department.

• Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein Moussa

• The committee recommended that the researcher be awarded a Master's degree in Law with an excellent grade.

It is worth noting that this thesis is the first to be awarded a Master's degree by the Assistant Faculty following the Faculty's decision to require thesis registration to ensure the academic qualification of teaching assistants, instead of the two-diploma system.

The College invites researchers to attend these academic forums, which offer academic enrichment and exposure to various schools of jurisprudence, presented by a select group of legal scholars from Egypt and the Arab world.
