The President of Assiut University congratulates the Administrative Prosecution Authority on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of its establishment
Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, congratulated the Administrative Prosecution Authority on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of its establishment, praising its performance of its sacred mission characterized by neutrality and integrity, and confronting financial and administrative corruption, as one of the most important goals of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development and Egypt's Vision 2030.
Dr. Duaib Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Legal Advisor to the President of the University, participated in the celebration organized by the Administrative Prosecution Authority on this occasion, yesterday, Wednesday, December 18, in the presence of Counselor Adnan Fangari, Minister of Justice, Counselor Abdel Rady Ahmed Siddiq, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, and a group of ministers, advisors, and leaders of judicial bodies and authorities.
Dr. Duaib Saber praised the role of the Administrative Prosecution Authority as an independent judicial body that promotes integrity, transparency, and accountability, which the constitution stressed the importance of in carrying out its mission in combating financial and administrative corruption, preserving public funds, and holding violators accountable in order to achieve private and public deterrence, which is greatly reflected in social security and providing the means for a decent life for the Egyptian citizen.
The celebration was attended by; Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, Speaker of the Senate, Counselor Mahmoud Fawzy, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, Counselor Bolous Fahmy Iskandar, President of the Supreme Constitutional Court, Counselor Hosni Abdel Latif, President of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Ahmed Aboud, President of the State Council, Counselor Abdel Razek Shoaib, President of the State Lawsuits Authority, Dr. Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, Dr. Hassan Al-Naamani, President of Sohag University, Dr. Gaber Gad Nassar, former President of Cairo University, journalist Ahmed Al-Muslimmani, and a group of officials, media professionals and journalists.
