We extend our highest regards and appreciation to you. We would like to refer to the letter from Professor Dr./Head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which includes a letter from the Egyptian Cultural Office in Montreal regarding the meeting held with Professor Dr./Rafik Gebran, Vice President for Research and International Relations at Carleton University, Canada, which included the following:
#Discussing avenues for joint cooperation between Egyptian universities and Carleton University, Canada, during the university's visit to the Canadian capital (Ottawa).
#Professor Dr./Rafik Gebran suggested the possibility of opening a joint program for undergraduate students in all disciplines at Egyptian universities, especially for fourth-year students.
#His Excellency explained that Egyptian students can study at the Canadian university for a bachelor's degree in their final year, as well as another year for a master's degree, provided that the student obtains a bachelor's degree from their home university in Egypt and a master's degree from Carleton University in Canada.
#Study will continue for a period of three years in Egypt and two years in Canada to complete the bachelor's degree and obtain a master's degree in the program.
#It is worth noting that obtaining a master's degree will be at the expense of the student wishing to enroll.
