The study was carried out in 2009 in order to identify the impact of determinants of awareness of organizational support on the achievement motivation for the teaching staff of the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Assiut, The two researchers used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection prepared by the two researchers. Scientific transactions were conducted for the questionnaire form which was marked by acceptable validity and stability. They used the descriptive method and the sample was of 45 faculty teaching staff from the Faculty of Physical Education Assiut University. One of the most important results of the research is that the independent variables affect in each stage of the analysis stages the independent variable for this stage except the awareness of organizational support whose effect did not appear in the second stage on organizational commitment,while this effect began to influence significantly on the achievement motivation among workers. The achievement motivation was affected significantly with the variables as follows: organizational justice, support for self-assertiveness among workers, the behavior of leaders to support subordinates, participation in decision-making, awareness of organizational support and organizational commitment
