Research aims:
The research aims to design a proposed training program using Hill training and knowing its effect on:
Some physical abilities andSome physiological abilities The numerical level of 1500 meters running race.
Curriculum used:
According to the nature of the research problem and aims, the researcher used the experimental method by designing of two groups, one is control and the other experimental, by applying the pre and post measurements as an experimental design, to suit the nature of the study, verify its hypotheses and controlling its related variables.
Research community:
The research community forms from, the middle distances juniors of 18 years of clubs of the New Valley Governorate for the year 2016/2017 and who registered in the new valley area of athletics their number is 20 juniors.
Conclusions:
Hill Training on sand soil has a positive effect on the improvement of physical abilities under search of the experimental group.andof the numerical level of 1500 m running race for the experimental group.
Recommendations:
Using Hill exercises on the sandy environment, which was applied in this research to improve the physical and physiological abilities and the numerical level of 1500 m running race.
