Abstract :-This research aims to design a training program using ballistic training for the development of dynamic force of arms to the skill of Jump shooting handball players under discussion- Research hypotheses- Affect the proposed training program had a positive effect on the development of the dynamic force of the arms at the handball players under discussion Find measures First - Research Methodology According to the nature and objectives of the research researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design of the experimental group and the one that the application of the two measurements (tribal posttest)Secondly - the research community This included the research community on the handball player under age of youth ( 22) years old and enrolled in union Egyptian Handball Assiut area Thirdly - the research sample The research sample was selected from the deliberate way between the players of Club Sports Assiut governorate of Assiut (2013-2014) and the number (18) for the player Discussion of the results The existence of these differences that the use of ballistic training was his role effective and positive impact in the development of dynamic ability of the two arms of the study sample in the skill of the correction because it combines the performance nature of power and speed
