السمات الشخصية لحكام كرة القدم وعلاقتها بإدارة المباريات

يهدف البحث إلي بناء مقياس للسمات الشخصية لحكام كرة القدم ومن خلاله الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية:- ما هي أهم السمات الشخصية لحكام كرة القدم؟ ما طبيعة العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية لحكام كرة القدم وإدارة المباراة؟

وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج المسحي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسـة, و يمثل مجتمع البحث حكام كرة القدم على مستوى الجمهورية للموسم الرياضي 2007/2008م , تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من بين حكام كرة القدم على مستوى صعيد مصر لمناطق (بني سويف – الفيوم – المنيا – أسيوط – سوهاج – قنا) والمسجلين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم وبلغ قوامها (84) حكماً ممثلين لمناطق الصعيد ومن خلال حساب النسب المئوية لدرجة الشيوع تم الإجابة عن التساؤل الاول وتوصل الباحثان إلى النسب التالية: الثـقة بالنفس (بنسبة 76%) , القيـــــــادة (بنسبة 74%) , اتخـــــــاذ القــــــرار (بنسبة 73%) ، التحكـــم الانفعالي (بنسبة 72%) , الشجاعـة (بنسبة 71%) , تركيز الانتباه(بنسبة 71%) ، وجاءت سمة المسئوليـة فى الترتيب الاخير وبنسبة قدرها (70%) .

وللإجابة عن التساؤل الثانى إستخدم معامل إرتباط بيرسون ، وقد تبين وجود إرتباط دال إحصائياً بين السمات الشخصية لحكام كرة القدم وإدارتهم للمباراة. وقد جاءت قيم معاملات الارتباط المحسوبة داله إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01 ) .

Search aims to constructing a scale of personal characteristics of Football referees and through these answer the following questions: - What are the most important personal characteristics of Football referees ? what is nature of the relationship between the personal characteristics of Football referees and management match? The researcher used survey method and therefore suitability of the nature of the study, and represents the research community of football referees on the level of Republic of the sports season 2007/2008 ,it has been selected randomly stratified among football referees at the level of Upper Egypt regions (Beni Suef - Fayoum - Minia - Assiut - Sohag - Qena) Registered in Egyptian Football Federation and was strong (84) sentenced level representatives of the regions and through the calculation of percentages for the degree of commonality was the answer to the first question They found the following percentages: self–confidence(76%), leadership (74%), making decision (73%), emotional control (72%), courage (by 71%), the focus of attention (71%), and finally came a feature in the latest rankings responsibility and a rate of (70%) .
-To answer the second question Pearson correlation of coefficient was used , found a correlation statistically significant between the personal characteristics of Football referees and manage of match came calculated correlation coefficients values statistically significant at the level of (0.01).
