E-learning (or electronic learning or eLearning) encompasses forms of technology-enhanced learning (TEL) or very specific types of TEL such as online or Web-based learning. Advances in information communication and technology through E-learning provide opportunities to build well-designed e-learning centers at each university nationwide, with the following targets: design, deliver, motivate, interact, and innovate. Design and deliver e-courses, motivate students and academic staff to perform e-activities and get enrolled in the e-society, and innovate new ideas in the e-society.
