A case report of abnormal pathway of a sharp foreign body in a buffalo was recorded. A hard swelling was recorded ventrolateral behind the left elbow. Surgical incision of the swelling revealed presence of an abscess containing 5 cm long sharp piece of wire. Recovery was uneventful after removal of foreign body.
