نظم مركز التعليم والتدريب المستمر بمستشفى القلب الجامعي دورة تدريبية حول التحول الرقمي وإدارة الوثائق بالقطاع الطبي، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور إيهاب فوزي المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور عصام عبد الله مدير مستشفى الجامعي، وتحت إشراف الدكتورة صفاء عمران كمال مدير مركز التعليم والتدريب المستمر.
تناول التدريب عده موضوعات متنوعة حول أساسيات التحول الرقمي في إدارة الوثائق بالمستشفيات الجامعية، والاتجاهات الحديثة في إدارة الوثائق بالمستشفيات الجامعية، كما سيتم تناول الأمن السيبراني للوثائق بالمستشفيات الجامعية، والتوقيع والختم الإلكتروني والفاتورة الإلكترونية بالمستشفيات الجامعية، وكذلك الحوسبة السحابية للوثائق بالمستشفيات الجامعية، والأرشيف الإلكتروني بالمستشفيات الجامعية.
حاضر في التدريب الدكتور عبد الحميد محمود محمد ندا أستاذ الوثائق والمعلومات المساعد بكلية الآداب جامعة أسيوط ومحلل دولي معتمد في الذكاء الاصطناعي.
الجدير بالذكر أن التدريب بالمجان ويستهدف الفريق الطبي والإداري بمختلف المستشفيات.
AUC Heart Hospital organized training on digital transformation and document management in the medical sector The Continuing Education and Training Center at Asyut University Heart Hospital is organizing a training course on digital transformation and document management in the medical sector, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawi, President of the University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Dr. Ehab Fawzi, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Dr. Essam Abdullah, Director of the University Hospital, and under the supervision of Dr. Safaa Omran Kamal, Director of the Continuing Education and Training Center.
The training cover a variety of topics related to the basics of digital transformation in document management in university hospitals, recent trends in document management in university hospitals, as well as cybersecurity of documents in university hospitals, electronic signature and seal and electronic invoice in university hospitals, as well as cloud computing for documents in university hospitals, and electronic archive in university hospitals.
The training delivered by Dr. Abdel Hamid Mahmoud Mohamed Neda, Assistant Professor of Documents and Information at the Faculty of Arts, Asyut University, and an accredited international analyst in artificial intelligence.
It is worth noting that the training is free of charge and targets the medical and administrative staff of various hospitals.
