The laboratory management   will be committed to good professional practice and compliance with the requirements of the ISO 15189; 2012, national and international laws and regulations and continual improvement of laboratory services.

The objectives:

To implement our policy we have to achieve the following objectives:

- Improve the performance of the staff by awareness   and training.

- Provide our lab with the most modern   equipment.

- To accomplish a state of the art design.

- To support the mission and values of the Assiut University Hospital System.

- Ensure accurate results and delivery on time to maximize customer satisfaction.

- Participate in proficiency testing and quality evaluation programs with referral laboratories.

Achievements of this policy involve all staff being individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continual improvement culture and working environment for all.

This policy is provided and explained to each employee and reviewed by the laboratory director.
