MISSION
The technical leadership, consisting of laboratory managers and supervisors will contribute to education and strategic planning in conjunction with the faculty of medicine, Department of Clinical Pathology, Assiut University which serves as a role model to the Laboratories.
Each technical employee of the Medical Laboratories is expected:

participate in planning and management in order to assure
a high accuracy of the test results,
To
increase productivity and reduce waste by optimal utilization
of state-of-the-art technology and manpower,
To
assure communication within and outside of the organization,
To
maintain competence and to further enhance professional
development.

support the mission and values of the Assiut University Hospital System.

Our vision is to provide outstanding laboratory service to the people of Upper Egypt by affirming the culture of outstanding quality and efficiency in the field of health care represented in high academic standards and continuing training conveyed by our dedicated staff.
