مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط تنظم سلسلة من الدورات التدريبية لهيئة التمريض لتطوير أدائهم في العمل

نظمت إدارة التدريب الفني وتطوير التمريض بمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط دورة تدريبية بعنوان "التدريب الدائم والمستمر أساس التطوير ورفع الكفاءة المهارية والعلميه لطاقم التمريض"، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والدكتور علاء عطيه عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات، والدكتور إيهاب فوزي المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور خالد عبد العزيز مدير المستشفى الرئيسي، والأستاذة نبيلة أحمد مدير عام التمريض.
استهدفت الدورة الوقوف على آخر التطورات فى المهارات التمريضية، والاطلاع على كل ما هو جديد فيما يتعلق بتقديم الخدمات التمريضية.
تضمنت الدورة عدة موضوعات منها؛
الانعاش القلب الرئوى الأساسى، والتسليم والتسلم، وسياسة نقل الدم بطريقه آمنه، والتعرف على الأدوية عالية الخطورة، والتعرف على التوصيلات السليمة لعمل رسم القلب والقراءة الصحيحة له، حاضر في تلك المحاضرات الدكتورة هوايده خلف عبد العال، والدكتورة هناء رشاد، والأستاذة سناء مزيد.
كما تم إلقاء محاضرة حول استراتيجيات التكيف مع ضغوطات العمل، حاضر فيها الأستاذ منصور سيد رضوان رئيس قسم التعليم الخاص ورئيس وحدة تكافؤ الفرص وحقوق الإنسان بوزارة التربية والتعليم.
جاءت الدورة التدريبية تحت إشراف وتنظيم فريق إدارة التدريب الأستاذة سناء مزيد مديرة ادارة التدريب الفنى وتطوير التمريض، والدكتورة إصلاح عبدالمنعم مدير وحدة التعليم المستمر بمستشفى جراحة المسالك، والدكتورة هوايده خلف استشارى مساعد تمريض الباطنه والجراحة، والدكتورة هناء رشاد زميل تمريض النساء والتوليد، والأستاذة دلال طلعت حسن مديرة التمريض بالمستشفى الرئيسى.
Assiut University Hospitals organizes a series of training courses for nursing staff to develop their performance at work
The Department of Technical Training and Nursing Development at Assiut University Hospitals organized a training course entitled “Permanent and continuous training is the basis for development and raising the skill and scientific competence of the nursing staff,” under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hospitals, and Dr. Ehab Fawzi, Executive Director. For university hospitals, Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main Hospital, and Ms. Nabila Ahmed, General Director of Nursing.
The course aimed to learn about the latest developments in nursing skills and learn about everything new regarding the provision of nursing services.
The course included several topics, including:
Basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, delivery and delivery, the policy of safe blood transfusion, identifying high-risk medications, and learning about the correct connections for making and correct reading of an EKG. Present in these lectures were Dr. Howaida Khalaf Abdel-Al, Dr. Hanaa Rashad, and Professor Sanaa Mazid.
A lecture was also given on strategies for adapting to work pressures, in which Mr. Mansour Sayed Radwan, Head of the Special Education Department and Head of the Equal Opportunities and Human Rights Unit, lectured.
The training course was supervised and organized by the training management team, Ms. Sanaa Mazid, Director of the Technical Training and Nursing Development Department,
Ms. Islah Abdel Moneim, Director of the Continuing Education Unit at the Urology Hospital Dr. Howaida Khalaf, Assistant Consultant for Internal Medicine and Surgery Nursing, Dr. Hanaa Rashad, Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Fellow, and Ms. Dalal Talaat Hassan, Director of Nursing at the Main Hospital.
