International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces the beginning of submission for the "Japanese governmental scholarship "MEXT" for the year 2025 for studying in "Japanese Kanazawa University". This scholarship targeting post-graduates students who want to complete their master and doctoral degrees in Japan.
"MEXT" scholarship is one of the most powerful fully funded scholarships worldwide and is monitored by University students every year.
The advantages of the grant:
- The grant covers the costs of air tickets to from Egypt to Japan and vice versa.
- Full exemption from admission fees, acceptance exam fees and tuition fees.
- The grant will cover all accommodation fees during study period.
- Each student obtain a monthly salary to cover living costs.
The conditions of submission in (Japanese governmental scholarship "MEXT"):-
1. Applicant's age should not be more than 34years during submission.
2. Applicants must have the academic requirements for qualification to study in the post-graduate programs of Japanese Universities for master or doctoral degrees.
3. Applicant should have (2.30 -3) points from the university degree in his field of study.
4. Applicant should submit in the same field of his study or in afield related to his study.
5. Applicant should be fluent in English or Japanese languages.
6. Applicant should have good physical and mental health that enables him to pursue his study, he should present a health certificate.
7. Applicant should select an academic supervisor from "Kanazawa University" and obtain an acceptance letter from him before applying for the scholarship.

Required documents for submission:
1- Cover Page for student' file (attached form).
2- Submission form (attached form).
3- Field of study and study plan (attached form).
4- A copy of graduation certificate, the date of graduation should be clear.
5- An official academic record showing all undergraduate and postgraduate degrees including (GPA) of student's result.
6- A copy of passport, National ID, or birth certificate.
7- A letter of recommendation signed by the College's applicant dean and addressed to the Rector of Kanazawa University (attached form).
8- A recent photo for the applicant, the applicant's name and nationality written on the photo; this photo will be placed in the designated place on the application form.
9- A Summary of the latest degree obtained by the applicant.
10- An Acceptance letter from Kanazawa University Academic Supervisor (a copy can be accepted via email).
11- An Internationally recognized English or Japanese proficiency certificate such as (TOEFL, IELTS or JLPT).
12- Health certificate (attached form).
13- A pledge written by the applicant to approve his acceptance to conditions of the scholarship (form attachment).
14- A letter of approval from work place of currently employed students.
