challenges and hoped-for reality.
Under the sponsorship Under the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President 
of the University, and Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, Vice President of the University for 
Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, 
Dean of the Faculty of Law and Legal Advisor to the University President, 
and Prof. Dr. Muammar Ratib, Vice Dean of the College of Law for Community Service 
and Environmental Development Affairs, the College organized a symposium on 
the importance of eradicating illiteracy as one of the pillars of sustainable 
development. It is worth noting the participation of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Banna, 
Director of the Adult Education Center at the College of Education, 
and Dr. Marwa Al-Samman, Executive Director of the Centre.
