- Original General Secondary Certificate 2025 + one photocopy.
 - Computerized Birth Certificate (for male students, it must include the triple number).
 - Copy of the National ID card.
 - Ten (10) recent personal photos of the student with his name and national ID number written on the back.
 - Form (2) Military Service from the recruitment area to which the student belongs (males only).
 - Nomination Card from the Coordination Office or printed from the internet.
 - Paper envelope from the Student Affairs Administration.
 - Faculty Enrollment Application Form No. (555) from the Student Affairs Administration.
 - Form (6) Military Service or (7) Military Service for those born in 2007 or earlier.
 
Notes:
- Documents will be accepted at the Faculty Student Affairs Office after completing the electronic transfer process, along with a signed declaration from the applicant stating that their application will be considered void if their name is not included in the official lists.
 - Students wishing to apply for university housing should go directly to the University Dormitories Administration.
