We would like to inform our students that the University Council, in its session No. 767, held on June 29, 2025, decided the following regarding course grievance fees:
# Setting the grievance fee per subject at the university's colleges and institutes at EGP 200, effective from the 2025/2026 academic year.
# The full amount paid will be refunded if a grade recording error is proven.
📌 All students are requested to adhere to the above when submitting grievance requests. Please note that applications that do not adhere to the established financial rules will not be considered.
