GIS Lab was established in october 2010 on second floor, Information System Department at the Faculty of Computer and Information.
Our Vision is to provide the community with Geographical Information System services as well and consultancies within different disciplines as well as building knowledge and scientific research in geographic information system option.

Providing infrastructure to widen the usage of Geographic Information Systems .
Serving the community through utilizing geographical information systems in different domains such as health, agriculture, and environment .
Providing integrated geographic information system that build educational / population plan of the Republic .
This plan completes graphical information of population and links it with rates of the availability of medical services, hospitals and economic services, other facilities andconstructions that serve geographical study on any region or governorate.
