Assiut University launches the "Start" program to train students job interview skills, good memory and creative thinking

As part of Assiut University's keenness to qualify its students to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, the leadership preparation and care department organized, today, Wednesday, March 19, a training program entitled "Start", in cooperation with the student team "Youth Vision", and lasts for two days, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of the University, and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president of the University for education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Madiha Darwish, general supervisor of student activities، Dr. Hamdi Al-Bitar, the academic supervisor of the team, and Dr. Haitham Ibrahim, the general director of student welfare.

 

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy stressed that the university pays great attention to provide educational and training opportunities that contribute to the development of students ' skills and enhance their innovative thinking abilities, in line with the developments of the labor market. Praising the "Start" program as part of the University's strategy to support students academically and professionally.

 

For his side, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla explained that the program reflects the University's interest in specialized practical training, and comes within its continuous efforts to enhance the role of student activities in preparing students for the labor market.

 

Dr. Hamdi Al Bitar pointed out that the "Youth Vision" team, registered in the leadership development department, contributes to organizing workshops and training programs to raise the efficiency of students and develop their skills, in line with the country's trends in building a conscious generation capable of facing the challenges of the future.

 

Dr. Haitham Ibrahim added that the program includes several educational lectures, including: good memory skills, presented by Dr. Ali Salah, assistant professor of educational psychology and director of the psychological and educational counseling center at the Faculty of education, and passing the job interview, in which Dr. Mohammed Sami Al-Qadi, a teacher at the Department of Archaeology at the Faculty of education and Deputy academic supervisor of the team, and creative thinking and problem solving, and presented by Mr. Mohammed Marwan karkab, certified trainer for human resources and career development.

 

  The program is organized under the supervision of a team from the leadership preparation Department, which includes: Mr. Mohammed Sayed, Ms. Maha Hassan, Mr. Hossam Mustafa, and Mr. Ibrahim Ali Hammad in the leadership preparation Department of the General Administration for student welfare.
