Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, Acting President of Assiut University, emphasized the interest of the university administration in modern global scientific trends that are witnessing increasing interest and rapid development globally, which requires scientific awareness in this field and knowledge of the controls and standards governing its use, stressing the need to pay attention to these trends and determine priorities and areas for future research and development, especially since technological applications have invaded the fields of industrial, agricultural, food, commercial, medical, military and others.
This came during his meeting with Dr. Hisham Abdel Salam, President of the Egyptian E-Learning University, and Dr. Mostafa Hashem, Director of the University Branch in Assiut, in order to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two parties in various educational and research fields with the aim of opening prospects for students of the two universities to enable them to meet the needs of labor markets inside and outside Egypt, by working on acquiring them distinguished skills that qualify them to get the best opportunities available.
