The committee, chaired by Dr. Ahmed Abdul Mawla, vice president for education and student affairs, includes: Dr. Doib Saber, dean of the Faculty of law and legal adviser to the president of the University, Dr. Samah Abdullah, dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Fatima Rushdi, vice dean for education and Student Affairs, Dr. Amani Al-Sharif, advisor to the president for Strategic Planning and Crisis Management, Mr. Hatem Khudair, Director General of the Central Student Affairs department at the University, and Mr. Ahmed Hossam, director of the Department of studies and examinations at the University.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy explained that the committee reviewed all the applications submitted by the affected students, and after a comprehensive study of the current situation, the college's regulations, and the special circumstances of the students, the committee decided:

1-approval to offer a course of study, as stated in the text of Article 11 paragraph 3 of the internal regulations of the college.
