The Vice President of Assiut University meets with a representative of Virginia Tech University to discuss ways of joint cooperation in the field of sustainable development

Dr. Maha Ghanem, Vice President of Assiut University for Community Service and Environmental Development, met with Dr. Khaled Hassouna, Associate Director of the Center for International Research, Education and Development at Virginia Tech University in the United States of America, under the auspices of Dr. Tarek El-Gamal, President of the University, and in the presence of Dr. Tayseer Abdel Hamid, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, and Dr. Hebat Allah Jamal Al-Din Rashid, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

Dr. Maha Ghanem stated that the meeting aims to open new doors for cooperation between Assiut University and Virginia Tech to train faculty members, researchers, graduates and students at Assiut University in the field of sustainable development. Various fields of sustainable development including heritage development, tourism development, infection control and nursing the elderly in Upper Egypt.
